This week has been all about bright cheerful flower fabrics!
There are many types of floral-
there are flower patterns with garden flowers,
patterns with more of a meadow look,
and there are watercolor designs.
But, what seemed of interest were clear colors-
as if people were trying to bring the outside in,
and looking to add some cheerful color to their homes.
I love this one with the mix of camellias, chrysanthemums,
with the smaller aquilegia flowers.
My grandmother had a hedge of camellias,
so I am always looking for them!
The yellow rose poppy fabric is filled with butterflies
that seemed to be enjoying a sunny garden.
It screams sunshine!
It is also available in red coral colorway.
I love fabric patterns with dark colored backgrounds.
I think the colors pop better on them-
the way trees and flowers stand out against a dark, cloudy sky.
The yellow lily flower fabric is a classic.
And, the color sings against the grey background.
There are two tulip fabrics-
one of which has a darker background,
against which the tulips stand out.
And it comes in a sky blue colorway!
In short supply is this bold, colorful garden fabric.
Filled with painterly flowers,
it sings with color.
It would bring a cheerful note to any room!
Less gardeny and more tropical is the bold and beautiful
watercolor fabric with flowers,
including orchids.
It is also available with a darker background and muted flowers,
giving the effect of a tropical evening.
The anemone flower fabric,
with its counterpoint of gentian,
has the look of a summer meadow.
It has an interesting floral pattern done as a toile,
which is intermixed with the colored flowers and leaves.
It is also available in pink.
So, if you are looking for a floral fabric to add to a room,

There is a summer sale running right now-
