The Shore Cottage Ocean fabric is the fabric of the week! This generated a lot of interest when we listed it.
This patchwork of ocean related items is slightly shabby, slightly retro,
and delivers a lot of interest!
Weathered wooden signs, shells with ropework,
and are inter-mixed with
seahorses, fish, coral, and shells.
My favorite design element is that the motifs from some of the squares and rectangles over-lap.
Like the small scallop shell over the BEACH sign.
It brings a lot of interest to the pattern!
The other nice thing about this
is it goes with so many different fabrics!
The cream shell matelasse is a natural with it,
but the brown matelassse is great with it as well.

The retro ship in the bottle fabric is very cottagey,
and works well for a retro look.
