We have two new patterns with china pieces,
both come in two different colorways.
First, a teapot tea cup fabric.
We have not had a pattern with teapots and cups
for a long, long time!
So, when the sample for this came in,
we said “YES”!
It comes in a pink and in a blue colorway.
The colors of the macaroons add variety
as the colors of the china are all the same-
tones of pink with green.
While the colors of everything except the background
on both colorways are the same,
they read differently.
As the china is decorated with pink tones,
it stands out more on the blue background.
The china on the pink blends more
with the background color,
giving it a monochromatic look.
The other new pattern has an Asian feel.
This has a variety of different porcelain vases,
plates, cups, and more,
done in vintage tones,
with a wide variety of patterns.
The china pieces are set in horizontal rows,
but, the vertical repeat is about 39″,
so there is a lot of variety-
the porcelain forms with
their various patterns, and colors,
gives one a lot to look at.
The second colorway is very different.
Shades of blue, some with a a purple undertone,
stand out well from a grey-taupe background.
While not as colorful as the white background colorway,
it is more dramatic.
The porcelain pieces really stand out from
the neutral background,
and the different patterns are seen clearly.
We have several other fabrics with porcelains.
We have one pattern with a variety of different pieces.
It comes in an unusual pink colorway.
There is a blue colorway.
And, the third colorway is a bold rendition of
retro teal blue and lime green.
The last pattern with Asian porcelains is the
Imari Fabric.
This is a woven fabric,
it has overlapping plates with wonderful patterns.
The weaving on this is amazing.
This is unique.
It is upholstery weight.
All of these can be seen in the
