A medley of different designs forms a patchwork rug pattern. There are scrolling and floral patterns, as well as border designs forming rectangles. Many of the designs overlap into neighboring rectangles. The effect is of a fabric filled with color and pattern.

Colors are many shades of blue, gold, buff beige, peach, orange, pink, tan, beige, and black. Colors are sponged over each other, giving many colors. The effect from a distance is of tonal shades of lapis blue, sky blue, muted rose brick, gold, and golden orange with beige and cream.

This fabric is 55 1/2" wide. The cream rectangle with the corners with scrolling flowers, centering a medallion of rose, which holds a scrolling medallion of lapis blue, is about 10 1/2" ( 26.67 cm. ) tall and 6" ( 15.24 cm. ) wide. This is a light mid-weight home decorating fabric. It has been woven with a slub. It is quite drapey. It has a matte, dry look and feel. It is perfect for curtains, cushions, duvets, jackets, etc.
