Indian elephant fabric tropical garden toile

A tropical elephant fabric. This is a cheerful fabric with a watercolor look. This has a slightly smaller scale than many fabrics today.

A palace rests in a peaceful garden filled with trees and palms. An elephant and rider pause to look at it, while another walks quickly through the garden. 

Colors used are many shades of green with tans, grey, and white, with blue, pink, yellow, and orange. The background moves from a tonal soft blue above the trees to tan for the ground. The colors are tonal and over-printed, so many colors are seen. The effect is calm, with pretty colors punctuated by the bright pink and orange. 

This fabric is 60 1/4" wide. The elephant and temple are about 9 3/4" ( 24.765 cm. ) tall, from the top of the spire to the bottom of the elephants feet, measuring along the fabric. This is a mid-weight home decorating fabric. It has a slight texture, with nice drape. It is perfect for curtains, cushions, duvets, etc.
