Novelty vintage chair fabric

An interesting pattern of all kinds of chairs! There are French chairs, English chairs, German chairs, Swedish chairs, American chairs, and more! There are benches and stools as well. One can see chairs with wood, wicker, rattan, and metal. There are chairs with spindles, flat carved backs, and more. There are Victorian, bentwood, neo-classical, and even a round corner chair. And all of these are covered in the appropriate material. There is upholstery of tapestry, brocade, moire, damask, and prints.

Colors are vintage. Shades of brown, mauve, slate, grey, and muted gold are used. There has been over-printing so more tones are seen. The darkest color is deep brown maroon. The lightest is the background of cream, with some pale tan applied in narrow watery patches to break up the background. The effect from a distance is of vintage tones of pinky mauve, brown, slate, grey, and muted gold on a cream ground.

This fabric is 56 1/2" wide. The wicker chair is about 9 1/2" ( 24.765 cm. ) tall; the gold bench is about 10 3/4" ( 27.305 cm. ) across the shoulders. This has been woven with a slub for added texture and interest. It has a mat dry look and feel. This multi-puprose home decorating fabric is perfect for curtains, cushions, totes, etc.
